To download Cyberintegrator go to http://isda.ncsa.uiuc.edu/download/. You will need to login first. If you have never logged in you can simply enter your email address and a password will be emailed to you. After you login with your email address and password you can go to the Cyberintegrator downloads.

You will see 2 versions you can download, the latest stable build under binaray (as of this writing this was version 2.0 alpha 2) and the latest developer build under unstable. Feel free to use either download, beware that the unstable is the latest build that was successful of the Cyberintegrator but has not been tested.
